Access Case Management Register

This article explains how you can easily keep on top of record keeping by making use of a case management register.

STEP 1

Log into your AML/CFT dashboard at myaml360.com:

STEP 2

Click on the Case Management icon in the menu bar and click 'Continue'.

STEP 3

To create a case you need to complete text fields to assign the task, describe it, provide a priority level and set the due date. When creating a case ID, keep the name simple and make it unique - not generic.

STEP 4

After creating the case, the details will be filed in your Case Management Register. From there you can view the case, edit and update.

STEP 5

When the matter is ready to finalise, click 'Close'.

The Task Status of Open or Closed is indicated by colour coding.

Open = Red.

Closed = Green.
