Undertaking a product risk evaluation will assist your business to more readily identify higher risk transactions and/or account activity.

GETTING STARTED
STEP 1
You will receive an email asking that you set your password.
Click on the link.
STEP 2
The link will open up a new page.
Enter password.
Confirm password.
Click on link 'Login Here'.
STEP 3
Enter email and password:

Click on the profile icon:
STEP 5
Select 'Product Risk' from dropdown box, then click "Continue".
STEP 6
Enter the email address where the results should be sent. Click "Next".
STEP 7
Enter the product/service name. Click "Next".
STEP 8
Proceed through and respond to each data query by selecting a response.
STEP 9
For each data query you can click on the "Note" button and provide precise information which allows a third party to understand the nature of the product/service.
STEP 10
To prevent loss of completed work, from time-to-time click on the 'Save' button at top of the screen:
When logging back in, click on the risk module displaying 'Saved'.
STEP 11
Proceed through and answer every data query, then click 'Calculate'.
STEP 12
Once you click 'Calculate', the risk report will be displayed on screen. A copy of the report and heat maps are also sent to the email address entered at the start of the evaluation.
NOTE
IT IS IMPORTANT that you do not exit the screen whilst the page is loading. Exiting the screen whilst the page is loading may prevent the email being sent and the results not being filed in your Product Risk Register. When the loading icon disappears, it is safe to leave the screen.
