Subscription

To enable ongoing updates to your existing risk assessment, you will need to have an active subscription. You can receive information on costs of an enterprise-wide money-laundering risk assessment at this link: Money Laundering Enterprise-Wide Risk Assessment Cost.

Introduction Email

Once your organisation is subscribed, your AML/CFT Compliance Officer will receive an introductory email, asking that they set a password.

Once the password is set, a link in the email will take you to the login page.

Login

Header Menu

For Risk Reporting subscriptions that allow ongoing updates, the Header Menu will display three navigation buttons.

Hovering your cursor over each button will display a pop-up box to indicate what that button activates. For this guidance note, a description is provided below:

Start Compliance Module

Select and click on the required compliance module. The page will open to a screen requesting an email be entered. This is the email where the compliance report will be sent.

The user also needs to enter a 'Unique ID Reference'. The Unique ID Reference becomes the 'label' or 'master name' for the report. Use a name that would not identify a person or an organisation. Do not use a 'date' as that becomes permanent in the report reference.

Enter an Email and a Unique ID Reference, then click on the 'Forward' arrow button:

Compliance Module Navigation

When commencing or updating a compliance module, a separate navigation menu will feature at the top of the module.

The navigations buttons are:

(i) Backward,

(ii) Forward,

(iii) Pause and Save and

(iv) Calculate / Complete.

Clarify Data Queries

To confirm the data queries of the compliance module, hover over the question icon - '?'.

Entering Notes

For all data queries, you can enter notes by clicking on the 'shield' icon. A separate note box will open.

Where a note is mandatory, these data queries will display a 'pencil' icon next to the data query (#1 below).

To enter a note, click on the shield icon. A note box will then open (#2 below):

Submit and Receive Report

When all data queries are responded to, click on the 'Calculate' button.

If the Calculate button is not illuminated, this is because you have not yet provided responses to all data queries.

Once clicked on the AML360™ technology will begin the analysis and display the structured report on screen.

Very Important

VERY IMPORTANT: Do not exit the screen whilst your report loads.

Whilst the page shows the loading icon, the report is also being sent to your email and loaded into your risk register.

Do not exit the screen until the icon has disappeared and the report is fully displayed.

Reviews and Updates (Editing)

Analysis, ongoing monitoring and updates are executed from the compliance risk register. Updates can be executed within minutes. This saves significant human resourcing commitment from AML/CFT compliance officers by eliminating what is normally a labour intensive process.

Each subscription to an AML360™ Cloud account includes an AML/CFT compliance risk register.

From the Actions column, further analysis, entry of case notes, executing downloads of compliance reports into PDF format and updates can be carried out.

Below is an example of a compliance module risk register:

Compliance Risk Register

To access the compliance register, click on the button labelled 'Register' which is located in the primary menu at the top of the page:

When you click on the 'Register' button, a list of your subscribed modules will display:

Click on the required module Report to open the compliance register.

Register Functions

Various functions can be executed from the Action column in the Register:

From here you can:

(a) Review full compliance report;

(b) Use filters to extract additional reports;

(c) Add or review case management activity;

(d) Review summary heat maps of compliance reports and download;

(e) Edit / Update existing reports

24/7 Access

Your organisation can access your register at any time to review or update existing AML/CFT compliance risk reports. To update existing reports, you need to login into your AML360™ Cloud platform and access the relevant register which is navigated from the Home Menu (button 3 below). Click on that button to display each AML/CFT Compliance Risk Register that is authorised with your subscription, then select on the Register where you wish to either Review or Update (Edit) the current report.
