Data Inputs represent ‘risk drivers’ and are used to measure Division risk also known as Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).

When developing a risk profile your business first needs to determine the Risk Divisions that will be measured (refer to 'Manage Divisions').

Once Divisions are established, you now need to enter the data inputs (the risk drivers) that influence Division risk. For further information on risk drivers, refer to ‘Risk Management’ in the Introduction Chapter.

STEP 1

Click on the Profile icon from the front page menu bar:

On the righthand side of the menu bar, use the dropdown list and select 'Client Login':

Click 'Continue':

STEP 4

Click on Manage Data page:

Select the relevant Risk Division:

STEP 6

Enter the relevant Data query for the risk profile:

Enter the name for the bar graph heat map. 

The name will appear as the heat map label.  See Figure 1 below.

You now need to enter the score ranges for the risk levels:

Enter the response options that the profile will provide.

STEP 10


You have the option to include a Response Note.  This can be used to provide further information in the risk profile report.  The profile report shows Response Notes in red text.  These can be used for -

  • Prompting further action – such as ‘senior management sign-off required’.

  • Providing advice – ‘higher frequency of transaction monitoring recommended’.

  • Displaying references such as legislative clauses or regulatory guidance.

STEP 11

Risk score each response:

REPEAT STEPS 10 and 11

You can add as any responses as required.

STEP 12

Select the display style for the data queries:

This is how the two styles will appear:

If you need to clarify the data query you can enter information in 'Additional Information'.  The data entered here will display on screen when the user's cursor is placed over the question icon;

Select 'Update'.  The data response is now saved and filed in the Data table:
